Dr Ayad Harb BM FRCS(plast)
London, Bicester, Ascot
Dr Ayad specialises in facial plastic surgery, body contouring and all non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Particularly his signature 3-Point Rhino, non-surgical nose correction. Dr Ayad is a world authority in non-surgical nose correction and is also heavily involved in training, being an international Key Opinion Leader and trainer in facial aesthetics. Dr Ayad is the Medical Director and Principal Surgeon at Dr Ayad Clinics and Surgical Director at Omniya Clinic. Dr Ayad is the Surgical Lead at the Aesthetic Intelligence Training Academy and Scar Clinics.
Mohammed Harb MPharm
Bicester, Ascot
Mo trained as a pharmacist then extended his expertise into clinical practice, which involves running regular NHS GP clinics, diagnosing and treating minor ailments. He is also a prescribing practitioner. He began his aesthetic journey three years ago, training in Harley Street before refining his skills under Dr Ayad’s supervision and developing his niche treatments. Mo carries out all aesthetic injectable treatments. He also specialises in weight management and hair restoration using pharmaceuticals and PRP.

Narinder Bould
Narinder is a specialist nurse, with extensive experience in aesthetics and injectables. Nurse Narinder is our primary injector in Bicester and looks after all our patients, with regular treatments of their skin and maintenance of their anti-ageing protocols. Regular visits to see Narinder, for botox, skin boosters and skin care, will ensure that you stay looking and feeling your best, without any sudden or dramatic changes. Narinder has a very careful and conservative approach to aesthetics, which fits the fits philosophy of our clinic, keeping you looking fresh and rejuvenated without ever looking unnatural.
Dr Nathalie Lear
Bicester, London
Nathalie has trained with Dr Ayad and comes highly recommended. She will be Dr Ayad's associate in London, helping to look after all our wonderful patients. Dr Nathalie is a qualified cosmetic practitioner with huge experience in all injectable treatments, especially lip enhancement, facial balancing and, of course, nose correction. Nathalie also has a passion for medical skincare and treatments to improve the quality, texture and glow of your skin, like our ever-popular skin boosters and profhilo. Dr Nathalie has a "less is more" approach, just like Dr Ayad, and loves the subtle treatments that make you look and feel amazing. Always natural, never over done. Dr Nathalie is Dr Ayad's Associate in Bicester and London and will be looking after all our wonderful patients at both sites.
Sarah Smith
Sarah has been managing Dr Ayad’s clinics for many years and has become a very familiar and popular face in the clinic and on social media. Sarah is an experienced beauty and laser therapist. She combines these services with her duties as a patient coordinator for all our clinics. Sarah is your first point of contact, and her personal approach and friendly manner will put you at complete ease and make your visit to the clinic comfortable and relaxed. Specialist areas: Laser, Skincare, Morpheus-8, tattoo removal.
Rebecca Woodward
Rebecca is a qualified Beauty Therapist and Laser Technician with over 20 years’ experience. Before progressing into Laser and Skin clinics, she started in spas, where she excelled in providing laser and machine-based treatments.
Rebecca offers in-depth skin consultations before tailoring her service to our patients.
